April 17, 2012 Board Meeting Agenda Item #17 Title APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGER RANKINGS FOR THE SARASOTA HIGH SCHOOL-ADDITION AND RENOVATION PROJECT Description The projects scope of work shall include construction management services for the pre-construction and construction phases of the Sarasota High School campus and related site work.  The project will be multi-phased.  On 3/29/2012, the Professional Services Selection Committee (PSSC) met to select a construction manager.  The PSSC has ranked them in accordance with Board policy.  The cumulative total project budget is approximately $14,000,000.00.  Funds for this project are available in the capital budget account. Recommendation That the rankings of Construction Managers for the Sarasota High School - Addition and Renovation project be accepted as presented and the Director of Construction Services be authorized to attempt negotiations with the top-ranked firm.
